"But he's still young!" my husband exclaimed, after I threw out the idea of paci boot camp the other night. Yes, he's young. And no, I don't want to take it away completely -- but I'm tired of putting Jones 'to bed' ten times each night because the paci falls out and he wails till its put back in its 'rightful' place. Tonight, the time elapsing from the first to the final 'to bed' was two hours. That's one hour and 50 minutes longer than I'd prefer.
I've had enough, and so has Jones (this screaming has GOT to be rough on him!) -- it's time for boot camp.
Note: Actually, two and a HALF hours.

More power to you. I completely agree. Never too young to discipline, that's my motto.
I think you are a mother with excellent common sense. This is a great trait in a mother.
