The high countries..

Creating a blog and finding a title for it is a difficult task. I just wanted a place to be me and to write -- it's been so long since I've been able to write.

No question that both Bryan and I tend to fall in love with whatever we read by C.S. Lewis. For him, it's lately been the space trilogy -- for me, it's always been The Great Divorce and a book of poetry one of Lewis' editors put together after his death. It seems that the aforementioned follows me around -- the high countries. I wonder if I'd listen to whomever He sent to greet me. I wonder if I'd carry a lizard on my shoulder. I wonder if I'd become solid. I wonder if I'd fall to pieces.
